Dear Neighbor,

I’m sure by now you’ve received several messages about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). I’m the owner of Your Central Coast Ace Hardware which includes locations on Main St. in Watsonville, East Lake Shopping Center, Watsonville, Freedom Blvd., Freedom, First St., Gilroy, Reservation Rd., Marina and Sanborn Rd, Salinas and I live here too. My note is merely a humble attempt to assist our community as best I can, given the platform I have.

With the spread of Coronavirus across the country, we want to offer support and a steady hand knowing many in our town are fearful. Many of you are asking what you can do around the home to help prevent the spread of illness and keep your family safe. We’re monitoring the evolving situation closely and are relying on guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials to inform our recommendations. We’re working with our suppliers to stock-up on in-demand items such as cleaning and disinfectant products, hand soaps, hand sanitizers and everything else you need to preserve and protect your home and your family.

We realize minimizing contact can also help prevent the spread of illness, and we’ll continue to offer several ways for you to get everything you need through Buy Online, Pick-Up in-store or Buy Online, Deliver from store. Visit us at CentralCoastAce.com or and go to the “Contact” tab to find your local phone number and call us directly, we will deliver your order to your car when you drive-up. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to get the products you need, when you need them.

From my family, we offer our deepest sympathies to those who have already been affected. Your local Ace is here to serve you. Our sole purpose is simple – we exist to help others and we are committed to supporting our community in this time of need.

Stay healthy…and wash your hands.
