Juan Salas Sanchez passed away on June 7, 2017 at Watsonville Hospital. He was 86 years old.
Mr. Sanchez was born in Mexico to his very proud parents Jose and Gabina Sanchez. However he lived in Watsonville for the past 46 years. He was a kind hard-working man who dedicated his entire life devoted to his family.
He is survived by his children Serjio A. Sanchez (Renee), Norma Sanchez Mendoza, and Julia Rodgers. Also survived by his siblings: Martin Sanchez and Tacha Salas; and 5 grandchildren: Melina Mendoza, Emilio Mendoza, Abbie Briley, Holly Briley and Benjamin Sanchez.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 11 at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM with the recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 PM in Spanish. There will be a funeral Mass in Spanish on Monday, June 12 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady Help of Christians.
