Aptos dentist office burglarized

APTOS—The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two suspects in a late-night burglary of an Aptos dentist’s office on Aug. 21.

Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Ashley Keehn said surveillance video captured two men between the ages of 18-30 burglarizing the office. They made off with two large nitrous oxide tanks and a large oxygen tank valued around $1,500.

The suspects were driving a 1990s silver and maroon Ford F-150 pickup with an unknown plate, Keehn said. One of the suspects was also wearing a grey backpack with yellow writing.

Anyone with information about the incident or suspects is asked to call Detective Robbie McClure at 831-454-7642.
