Julio Cesar Magana Zamora died in Watsonville on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019. He was 33.

Mr. Zamora was a sports fanatic of the San Francisco Giants, Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Blackhawks. He was compassionate with his patients at Kindred Healthcare Center. He had a big heart; he loved his father, mother, siblings, friends, coworkers and the patients who he cared for. He carried a bright smile everywhere he went.

Mr. Zamora is survived by his parents, Elpidio Magana Zamora and Guillermina Fernandez Zamora; and his siblings, Yesenia Magana, Elpidio Magana, Adrian Magana Zamora and Ricardo Magana.

Visitation services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 3 from 5-9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at Assumption Church with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
