Norberto Villalovos died peacefully, surrounded by his children, on June 11, 2025. He was 87.
Mr. Villalovos was born on July 4, 1937, in Pinole, California, to proud parents Jose Villalovos and Ana Avila.
Mr. Villalovos grew up loving trains, and that led him to working his whole adult life for Southern Pacific Railroad. He enjoyed Bay Area sports teams, the SF 49ers, and the Oakland A’s. He had a passion for WWE wrestling and enjoyed watching old Westerns—his “cowboys.” He loved dancing, singing and making people laugh.
Mr. Villalovos was a loving father, brother and uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his beloved children, daughter Jennifer and son Jason; his sisters, Stella, and Irene, and his brother, Tony, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Ana. He will be deeply missed by his loving family and many friends.
