WATSONVILLE — Jeffrey Scott Wallace of Watsonville died on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017. He was 57.

Mr. Wallace was a wonderful father, husband and son. His career spanned more than 40 years in the tech service industry as a master Konica technician. Some of his famous nicknames are Pancake Pop Pop, Mr. Fix It, and the Barbeque Guru. Mr. Wallace was involved for many years in Boy Scout Troop 633. In the early years in Capitola, he spent a lot of time surfing and playing drums in a band. He was the “King of Corny Jokes,” a master wood carver and the original cookie monster.

He is survived by his wife, Gail; son, Dylan; daughter, Kristen; one granddaughter; parents, Gorman and Scottie Wallace; and brothers, David and Stephen Wallace.

Private family services have been held. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
