The Cabrillo College Seahawks were recently given the top seed in the California Community College Athletic Association Northern California volleyball playoffs.

Fresh off winning its 11th straight Coast Conference championship on Tuesday night, Cabrillo (27-1) will host the lowest remaining seed of No. 15 Hartnell College, No. 16 West Valley, No. 17 College of the Sequoias and No. 18 Los Medanos on Tuesday in Aptos.

Cabrillo, currently ranked No. 2 in the state, will need to win a pair of playoff games in order to advance to the state championships for the fifth straight year.

The Seahawks have won the state title in 2013 and 2015 and finished runner-up in 2014.
