The Watsonville High softball team picked up a trio of shutout wins on Saturday in its own tournament. The Wildcatz beat Seaside High, 11-0, Cupertino High, 10-0, and Monterey High, 11-0, to improve to 9-0 overall.
Juliana Wilson hit three homers and two triples, while knocking in eight runs and crossing home plate seven times. Anastacia Alba and Angelina Heredia each hit two home runs over the three games. Maya Guerrero hit three doubles, and Emily Ornelas homered.
Watsonville returns to Monterey Bay League Gabilan division action on Thursday at Christopher High at 4:30 p.m.

HS BASEBALL
• St. Francis 15, Scotts Valley 2 – Chase Watkins tossed a complete-game, four-hit win with 13 strikeouts for St. Francis High on Friday in Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League action.
Watkins was also 3-for-3 with the bat with an RBI, a scored run and two walks. Blaise Magana was 4-for-5 with two RBIs and two scored runs. Derric Estrada-Haro doubled and had four RBIs. Felipe Padia-Noriega was 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two scored runs.
St. Francis (4-3, 2-1) welcomes in Pacific Grove High today at 4 p.m.
• NMC 12, Gonzales 7 – Wyatt Ramos struck out five batters and allowed only one hit over five innings in North Monterey County High’s non-league win on Saturday.
Ramos was also 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. Jesse Barajas went 3-for-3 with two scored runs.
N.M.C. (5-4, 4-2) hosts Soledad on Friday at 4 p.m.

• Zlatunich takes 10th – Aptos High’s Marea Zlatunich finished 10th in the 1,600-meters with a time of 4 minutes, 57.05 seconds at the Stanford Invitational on Saturday.
Watsonville’s Daniela Salazar took 11th in the 800 with a time of 2:19.96.
