Police said a female driver of a Toyota Prius was attempting a left turn from The Towers, the headquarters for Pajaro Valley Unified School District, around 9:30 a.m. As she swung onto Green Valley Road, the female driver of a Honda CR-V, who was traveling eastbound on Green Valley Road, swerved sharply to try to avoid a collision. The CR-V clipped the front end of the Prius before rolling over and ending up on its roof on Green Valley Road just shy of Holohan Road. No injuries were reported. The incident is still under investigation, which was taken over by the California Highway Patrol, said officer Trista Drake. (Tarmo Hannula/Pajaronian)
