A crew from Caltrans takes measurements along Highway 129, or Riverside Road, near Carlton Road Monday at the start of a major road reconfiguration and rebuilding of the heavily travelled corridor between Watsonville, Aromas and Highway 101. Expect delays at the start of the project; then get ready for detours.
