CAPITOLA — Capitola Police and the Sheriff’s Office have located the 74-year-old man who went missing after leaving his home in Capitola early Sunday morning.
Martin Fox left his house near Clares Street and Seven Gables Way at about 4:30 a.m.
Fox has health issues that put him in danger.
He was located at about 1 p.m. near Coffee Lane Park.
