This dance group performs a traditional folk dance from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico Sunday during the annual Guelaguetza celebration in San Lorenzo Park in Santa Cruz. Scores of dance and live music performances hit the stage in the gathering that is designed to heighten awareness of the culture and customs of Oaxaca. Food tents and Mexican goods for sale were part of the festive event. Numerous groups came from Oaxaca to take part in the staged events.
