WATSONVILLE — The Slavic American Cultural Organization’s (SACO) Student Ambassador & Exchange Program will be holding its fourth annual fundraising dinner to support the program which sent its first group of seven students to Croatia and Montenegro in June.

The evening will also celebrate SACO’s 40th anniversary and Watsonville’s newest sister city, Cavtat, Konavle, Croatia.

The dinner will be held on Feb. 23 at the Watsonville Civic Plaza Community Room, 275 Main St., starting at 5:30 p.m. for hor d’oeuvres and champagne followed by a three-course dinner by Michael’s Catering paired with three wines. Musical entertainment will be provided by William Faulkner, Jalisco harpist. Guests include Ivo Radonic, Deputy Municipal Prefect of Cavtat; Mario Curic, head of Department of General Affairs of Cavtat; Watsonville Mayor Francisco Estrada and Congressman Jimmy Panetta.

Tickets are $150 per person, and sponsorship opportunities are available. RSVPs must be received by Feb. 15.
