Tricia and Bob Potts are joined by their son, Oliver, Saturday during a ground-breaking ceremony for a new all inclusive park, LEO’s Haven, at Chanticleer Park in Live Oak. Through a host of hefty grants over the past five years, the family finally arrived at a turning point by working with county officials to create a park that will be designed to allow kids like Oliver, who has to navigate the world in a wheelchair, to be able to play in play structures and use that area of the park without restrictions. Bob Potts said the park will take about a year to complete.
