Jorge (George) Garcia died unexpectedly in Watsonville on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018.
Mr. Garcia was a dedicated father, husband, a hardworking man and was an incredible fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Ana (Annie) Ontiveros; children, Brianna Braca Montes and Jorge Luis Garcia Jr.; siblings, Tony Valadez, Julio Valadez, Sammy Valadez, Art De Leon, Javier Garcia Jr., Veronica Garcia and Maria Garcia; his father, Javier Garcia; and several other family members.
Visitation services will be held on Sunday, Jan. 6 from 5-9 p.m. at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Jan. 7 at 11 a.m. at Assumption Church with burial at Valley Public Cemetery.
