AROMAS — Kevin Velasquez died on Monday, June 19, 2017, at his home in Aromas after a short battle with cancer. He was 55.
Mr. Velasquez was born in Santa Cruz and lived in Aromas for the last two years. He had been a child care provider for the last 18 years.
Mr. Velasquez is survived by his partner of 28 years, Allen Tabula; brothers, Barney, Jr., Donald, Kim and Grant Velasquez; two sisters, Robin and Cathy Velasquez; and many nieces and nephews.
Private family services will take place. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
