Large PG&E outage hits Watsonville

WATSONVILLE — Pacific Gas and Electric estimates around 1,524 people lost power in Watsonville Friday afternoon.

An area in the eastern side of Watsonville, centered around E.A. Hall Middle School, lost power at around 12:45 p.m. Friday.

Power was restored as of 2:30 p.m.

The cause of the outage is unknown.
