Mark Stephen Firebaugh, born and raised in Watsonville, passed away May 13, at the age of 64, from health complications. Mark attended Salsipuedes Elementary and was a member of Watsonville High School Class of 1971 where he played baseball and basketball. Mark worked 30 years for the Northern Californian Telephone Company. Upon retirement Mark worked at several golf courses enjoying his passion for golf even making clubs, most recently in Texas.
Mark leaves behind, his beloved wife of 28 years, Mary Firebaugh from Sacramento. He had 4 step children, Carey Chilos, Deanna Myers (Ron), Noel Reed, and two granddaughters Llaria and Juliann of Sacramento. Daughter Joelle Reed resides in Providence, RI.
Mark will be missed by his father Stephen Firebaugh of Middletown, Ct. He was preceded in death by his mother Odette. Marks brother Robert and his children Michelle and Justin along with several cousins and an auntie reside in Watsonville. Marks youngest brother Thomas, (Tiffany) and his children Darcy and Travis live in Middletown, Ct. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
