Martha Ruiz-Moreno died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018. She was 72.
She was born in Mexico on May 21, 1946, but then moved to U.S for a better life. She loved her family more than anything in the world.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Rogelio Bernal; six children, Yolie Amezcua, Irma Amezcua, Mari Amezcua, Leti Amezcua, Luis Amezcua, and Angie Amezcua; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A public visitation will be held at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church on 700 South Green Valley Road in Watsonville on Friday, Jan. 4 from 5-9 p.m. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
