Roger’s Diner to close

Owner John Ponce said the old-fashioned diner known for its heaping portions and fresh veggies will close its doors for good Sunday at 3 p.m.

Barring any unexpected hurdles, Tut said he hopes to see the place up and running by the end of the year or in early January. Roof work is slated to be completed in December.
