A Watsonville teen was arrested Thursday after fleeing from a traffic stop and tossing a loaded handgun, Watsonville Police Sgt. Juan Trujillo said.

Since enrolling in the Real World last fall, Michael says he has found a school “family” where teacher, Maria Hastings, both supports and challenges her students.
