STEET ART A large crowd checks out the latest exhibit at the by PV Arts at their Sudden Street gallery Saturday, “Off the Streets.” The celebration featured food trucks, music, art activities and an arena to meet the artists and view their work. Curated by Bianca Jimenez, the show spotlighted 22 artists in a wide range of mediums. Future events include an artist talk by Nessa Ledesma, Taylor Reinhold (Tay Lion) and Melissa Marzan on Aug. 31. Also upcoming is a skateboard design workshop led by Nessa Ledesma where the public is invited to design their own skateboards using stencils, permanent markers, and paint on Sept. 21 at 37 Sudden St. in Watsonville.
