WATSONVILLE — Caltrans is advising motorists to be aware of delays as crews pave various roads in Watsonville beginning next week.

Beginning Monday and taking place through July 27, crews will pave Riverside Drive from Main Street to Blackburn Street. Expect alternating lane closures with possible one-way traffic control, according to Caltrans.

The next week, from July 30 to Aug. 30, crews will pave Riverside Drive from Walker Street to Highway 1, with alternating lane closures.

Work hours will be 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Up to 20-minute delays are expected.

Some residential driveways may be impacted during the work schedule and motorists are encouraged to keep the area clear. Signs will be posted alerting residents which driveways will be impacted.
