Marian Hernandez of the City of Watsonville works on setting up holiday lights in Watsonville Plaza Wednesday. On Dec. 3, the holiday festivities begin at 2 p.m. at the plaza with the Watsonville Multicultural Celebration, featuring activity booths for children hosted by local cultural groups, food booths from different cultures and live entertainment on two stages. Santa Claus will arrive at 4 p.m. Following the Watsonville Multicultural Celebration at 5 p.m., the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony will begin.
