WATSONVILLE — Watsonville Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint Sunday night.
According to Watsonville Police Sgt. Mish Radich, the suspect entered the Walgreens Pharmacy at 1810 Freedom Blvd. at about 8:25 p.m.
The suspect went to the pharmacy counter, and brandished a gun at the workers. He then jumped over the counter and demanded prescription medications.
The suspect fled on foot toward Green Valley Road with an undisclosed amount of medications.
No shots were fired, and nobody was injured, Radich said.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s. He had a thin build and was armed with a handgun.
