WATSONVILLE — This week Agri-Culture announced band “No Respect!” has been selected to play at the 11th annual Testicle Festival in Watsonville.

The popular local group is sought out for many regional events. They are known for their wide range of songs — from Rock n’ Roll to Latin.

The Testicle Festival, put on every year by the Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee of the Santa Cruz County Farm Bureau, will be held on Aug. 24, 3-7 p.m., at Estrada Deer Camp in Watsonville.

Acclaimed local chef, Loretta Estrada, will be preparing the Rocky Mountain Oysters and firefighter Derek Witmer will be barbecuing chicken.

A meal at the Testicle Festival is $50 for adults, $20 for children 5-12 and free for children under 5. The price includes rocky mountain oysters and a full chicken barbecue dinner. The event will also include a raffle, live and silent auctions as well as a horseshoe contest for adults and children.

The traditional “It’s All in the Sauce” contest will once again be held. Sauces are prepared to be enjoyed along with the Rocky Mountain Oysters. Each attendee will have a chance to vote on their favorite choice.
