Seven Warriors scored in double figures for Santa Cruz in its fourth straight victory, a 102-67 win over the Long Island Nets on Friday night at Kaiser Permanente Arena.

Monte Vista Christian’s outside hitters Mattea Romo and Cassidy Schurman were named to the Gabilan division First Team, while North Monterey County High libero Malia Garcia, Pajaro Valley High outside hitter Natalia Gallegos and Watsonville High opposite Camila Cardenas all made the Pacific division First Team.

Third-year coach John Wilson has four players from Aptos High and two from Santa Cruz High. Scotts Valley High, Soquel High, North Monterey County High and Pacific Collegiate School are also represented with one player each.

The No. 2 seed in the bracket, Aptos (7-3) will be the favorite over No. 7 Terra Nova (5-5) but the Mariners will undoubtedly have their hands full against possibly the best passing attack they’ve seen this season.

Reckers signed with Cal State Bakersfield for baseball, Dueck signed with Santa Clara University for soccer and Hernandez Marquez made good on her verbal commitment to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo from a year ago.
