SANTA CRUZ — The fifth annual Tequila & Taco Music Festival, a two-day celebration of tequilas, tacos, margaritas and music, returns to San Lorenzo Park, 137 Dakota St. in Santa Cruz, Aug. 25-26.
On Aug. 25, tequila will take center stage with a variety of tequila and mezcal sampling, live music throughout the day, and gourmet street tacos. Margaritas and craft beer will also be available for purchase.
On Aug. 26 there will be live entertainment by Adelaide (Tribute to Latin Women Superstars); Sambada and Metalachi. An assortment of margaritas and tacos will be available, with no tequila sampling.
The hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Two-day passes are $60; Aug. 25’s tequila sampling is $40 (11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.); and general admission (both days) is $10.
