Don Hagerty Memorial Croquet tourney
The inaugural Don Hagerty Memorial Croquet Tournament benefitting the Veteran’s Transition Center runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pajaro Valley Historical Association. Dress in white and enjoy an afternoon of croquet and fun. Come as a player, or relax as a spectator. Spectator tickets are available on eventbrite. If you would like to play, contact Patricia Oliva-Hagerty at 722-6492. Spectator tickets ($35) include a continental breakfast and lunch. Player tickets ($50) include a continental breakfast and lunch, croquet equipment and a trophy for first place.
Scotts Valley Art, Wine and Beer fest
This two-day event (Saturday & Sunday) is held in the beautiful Scotts Valley Sky Park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Features local art, prestigious wineries, live music and microbreweries. On Saturday the Cops and Robbers Car Show which is put on by the Scotts Valley Police Department will be the showcase. More than 150 vintage cars, as well as a K-9 demonstration, will also be on display on Saturday. Bring your Dog on Sunday.
