Allison Harrer and James Langston were married Oct. 8. The ceremony and reception were held at the Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley.
The bride is the daughter of Margaret and Mark Harrer of Danville.
She graduated from San Ramon Valley High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in English from UC Santa Barbara.
She is employed as an event manager and field fundraiser at the American Cancer Society.
The groom is the son of Lisa and Bill Langston of Los Altos Hills.
He graduated from Los Altos High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from UC Santa Barbara and is currently completing a master’s degree in business administration and a juris doctorate at Santa Clara University.
He will join the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati law firm as a first-year associate in the fall.
