Jessie S. Gabug died unexpectedly at Watsonville Community Hospital on Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was 37.
Mr. Gabug was born to Inosencio Gabug and Cresencia Sanchez in the Philippine Islands on Feb. 17, 1981. He had a passion for the culinary trade, therefore he worked as a cook in restaurants and a nursing home for 12 years. He was a friendly and caring person, always willing to share or give to people in need. But above all he loved to spend time with his daughter, family and friends.
Mr. Gabug is survived by his daughter, Shania A. Gabug; his mother, Cresencia; brother, Joel Gabug; and one sister, Maricel Gabug.
Visitation will be held at Mehl’s Colonial Chapel on Sunday, March 11 from 5-9 p.m. with the rosary recited at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Valley Catholic Church on Monday, March 12 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
