Betty L. Curtis died peacefully surrounded by her family in Watsonville on Monday, April 16, 2018. She was 84.
Mrs. Curtis graduated from Watsonville High School and Cabrillo College. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 25 joyful years at Valley Convalescent Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence “Bud” Curtis; her children, Shelley Curtis, Sherry Platero; her brother, Virgil Raymond Mc Alexander Jr.; and her 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Raymond Mc Alexander Sr., and Fern Mc Alexander; and daughter, Cynthia Edwards.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 3 p.m. at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park in Watsonville.
