Crews replace damaged Highway 1 guardrail

A crew from Caltrans replaces a guardrail Thursday morning on northbound Highway 1 near the South Green Valley Road exit. Traffic was slowed in the area as crews closed off one lane. On Saturday at about 10 p.m., a driver, for unknown reasons, veered into the guardrail, causing their vehicle to roll over. Minor injuries were reported.
