Diego Padilla reached the 30-goal mark for the season with a hat trick in Ceiba College Prep’s 7-0 win over Anzar in Pacific Coast Athletic League Santa Lucia division play on Wednesday.

Padilla also dished an assist in the win, and scored a pair of goals in Tuesday’s 3-3 tie with Marina.

David Romo scored twice for Ceiba (8-2-3, 7-1-3) on Wednesday, and Abram Gonzalez and Albert Bernardino also scored.

The Spartans play at Oakwood tonight at 5:45 p.m.

In other boys’ soccer action from Jan. 17-23:

MVC 3, Carmel 1 – Austin Kilinski scored twice in the Mustangs’ PCAL-Cypress win over Carmel on Tuesday.

Malcolm Medina scored the other goal for M.V.C., and A.J. Garza and Jakob Sandner each dished an assist.
