MONTEREY — Daniel W. Martin died surrounded by his family in Monterey on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017. He was 77.
Mr. Martin was born on Jan. 20, 1940 to Oma Hastings and Leonard Martin and was a man of many wonderful traits. He was a plumber and a proud member of First Baptist Church for many years. Ultimately, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Martin; his children, Alicia, Steven and David; his siblings, Jim Hasting, Ron Hasting, Dean Martin, Doyle Martin; and his six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Bob Martin and Sabrina Hastings.
A memorial service will be held on Dec. 9 at First Baptist Church of Watsonville at 11 a.m.
