Fred Hitoshi Hiraga died at Dominican Hospital on Aug. 24. He was 70.
He was born on June 11, 1949 in Carmel.
He graduated from Watsonville High School in 1967.
He lived in the Watsonville and Monterey Bay area for most of his life, and will be missed by his friends and family.
He is survived by his brother Arthur A. Hiraga.
