WATSONVILLE — Turtle Heart will present an evening of reggae and soul at the Appleton Event Center, 410 Rodriguez St. in Watsonville, on Saturday at 9 p.m., featuring internationally-known songstress Saritah.

Saritah is known for her blend of reggae, soul and acoustic music, performing at various music festivals throughout the world. She was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Perth, Australia.

Opening the evening will be local guitarist Scooby Valdez and his reggae crew, The Mystery Machine. These musicians have toured throughout the Caribbean and California.
