WATSONVILLE — Isabel G. Espiritu died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017.

She was a woman of many wonderful traits. She loved reading, dancing, gardening especially tending to her orchids. Mrs. Espiritu was also a very long time member of the Filipino Community of Watsonville.  She received her Bachelors in Science Degree in Education from Camiling Colleges, Philippines.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dionisio Espiritu; and siblings; Rodrigo Gaspar, Quintin Gaspar, Henry Gaspar, Rita Limos, Simon Gaspar Jr., Romeo Gaspar. She is survived by her children, Brian Robancho (Delia Robancho), Levi Robancho (Teresita Robanco), Ann Rose Marquez; her sister, Veronica Balmores; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 A visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 29 from 5-9 p.m. with a recitation of the Rosary at 7 p.m. at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St., Watsonville. Mass will be held on Saturday, Dec. 30 at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. with a burial to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Road, Watsonville.
