Aromas Day is celebrating its 30th year on Aug. 25., bringing the community together for family fun in the heart of the small rural town.

Michael Trabue Day, 19, of San Jose, and Enrique Rocha, 20, of Watsonville, were charged with attempted homicide, being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and participation in a criminal street gang. They were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail in lieu of $900,000 bail, jail records showed.

Watsonville police are looking for a man who fled a traffic stop in the 500 block of Auto Center Drive at about 2:30 p.m. today.
