Employees cited in alcohol decoy operation
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY—Employees at three Aptos restaurants were cited for selling alcohol to minors in an undercover decoy operation on Thursday, Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Ashley Keehn said.
