PHOTO: CASA’s For the Love of Children

Vivian Montes, owner of Keeping it Poppin, volunteers her efforts to arrange a balloon display during the 19th annual Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) For the Love of Children Luncheon at the Seascape Golf Club. The Wednesday event served as a fundraiser for the Children’s Fund that helps “purchase special or even essential items to enhance a child’s life.” Magi Diego, development and communications director for CASA, said 110 people attended the luncheon. “It was an amazing day with wonderful support for foster children,” she said. CASA is now in its 31st year. For information, visit casaofsantacruz.org.
