Vivian Montes, owner of Keeping it Poppin, volunteers her efforts to arrange a balloon display during the 19th annual Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) For the Love of Children Luncheon at the Seascape Golf Club. The Wednesday event served as a fundraiser for the Children’s Fund that helps “purchase special or even essential items to enhance a child’s life.” Magi Diego, development and communications director for CASA, said 110 people attended the luncheon. “It was an amazing day with wonderful support for foster children,” she said.
