Particle board now covers a burned out section of a wall at the former Watsonville Station on Walker Street at West Lake Avenue where a fire broke out late Tuesday. Watsonville Fire Capt. Matt Ryan said the cause of the fire, that opened up just after 7 p.m., is still under investigation and that no injuries were reported. The passenger rail station, which was booming in the early 1900s, has been transformed into a storage facility.
