SOQUEL — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the community to find a man who allegedly took inappropriate photos of a woman as she shopped in a Soquel department store on Oct. 4.
According to the SCSO, the unidentified man allegedly used his cellphone to take pictures up the woman’s skirt as she shopped in the Marshall’s store near the Capitola Mall.
Detectives have released an image of the suspect captured by the store’s video surveillance system.
