Robert (Bob) Reyes Morales died on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 in his home surrounded by his loving family after an eight-year battle with cancer. He was 81.

He was born on March 9, 1937 in Los Angeles to Conception Valenzuela and Louis Morales.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Joanie Morales; his many children who adored him, Brenda Morales, Robert Morales Jr., Nora Morales (George Saurez), Richard Morales (Wendy), Jerry Morales (Rachel), Barbara Morales, Conception (Connie) Morales, Gennie Diamond (Jon), Bly Morales (Joel); siblings, Connie Valens (Mark), Irma Norton (Randy), and Mario Ramirez (Rosalva); along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Brandon Morales; and brother, Richie Valens.
