Delilah Yasin, 41, was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail, jail records showed.

After working the case for two days, investigators identified Yasin as the suspect. She was arrested during a car stop on West Beach Street after she was seen leaving her home, Watsonville Police Sgt. Mish Radich said.

The stabbing occurred in the area of Lynbrook Court and Vic Rugh Lane. The victim was taken to a trauma center for treatment and has since been released, Radich said.
