A woman from Utah who went missing on Nov. 6 at Rio Del Mar State Beach has been found and is safe, according to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. 

“Danielle Staley has been located and is safe and uninjured,” the SCSO said.

Authorities did not give any further details.

The disappearance of Danielle Staley, 35, near midnight on Nov. 6 triggered a massive multi-state 17-day search through multiple law agencies.

Several days into the investigation, the  SCSO said “new information indicates she may be at risk, and foul play may be involved.”
