Amber Cornelius and Drew Venker have announced their engagement to be married in July in Colorado.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Raj and Leverne Cornelius of Los Altos. She graduated from Los Altos High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular, cellular, developmental biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Colorado Denver. She is employed as a research assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver.
The groom-to-be is the son of Diane and Paul Venker of St. Louis, Mo. He graduated from St. Louis University High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is employed as a financial analyst at Lazard Capital Markets.
The couple plan to live in Boulder.
