Judith Wales

Born Judith Ann Ogle in Vancouver, Washington to Margaret and Hal Ogle, Judy passed away June 10th in Santa Cruz.
Judy moved with her family to Santa Cruz in 1964, graduating from Soquel High in 1966. She attended Cabrillo College and then spent the next thirty years as a Registered Nurse, specializing in pediatrics.
In 1999 she met Jim Wales and the two married in 2006 at Lighthouse Point. Judy enjoyed spending time with family, attending concerts, and doing puzzles.
Judy passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family after extended medical issues. Jim selflessly cared for her throughout the difficult times and is the reason we were able to have an extra ten years of her smiles.
We will never forget her positive attitude, and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by husband Jim, mother Margaret, brother Terry (Anne), son Aaron, daughter Lily (Chris), stepchildren Spencer, Elisa (Gus), and Alli, grandson Noah, and nephew John.
There will be a celebration of her life on July 30th at Aptos Village Park from 12-5. Please contact [email protected]
