WATSONVILLE—The City of Watsonville has resumed parking enforcement on its city streets and private parking lots, after temporarily suspending those efforts during the early stages of the stay-at-home order.

Anyone who parks in city-owned lots will need to purchase a permit by Aug. 17, which is when parking control officers will begin to issue citations to drivers without a parking permit.

To purchase a parking permit, call the Utility Billing Division at 768-3455.

Credit cards are accepted over the phone, and checks or mailing a check to the Utility Billing Division at 250 Main St., Watsonville and the city will mail the permit.
