JC Football: Seahawks stifle Lobos to close out 2018 season
The Cabrillo College Seahawks closed out their 2018 season with gusto Saturday night, steam rolling the rival Monterey Peninsula College Lobos, 31-7, to finish in third place in the American Golden Coast Conference.

The Aptos High star junior basketball player was named an Academic All-American by the National High School Coaches Association late last month, and also earned a spot on Cal-Hi Sports’ All-State Underclassmen Third Team.

Pajaro Valley High sophomore setter Dennar Ocampo led the Grizzlies to a pair of wins over Soledad High and Monte Vista Christian. He had 50 assists, 12 aces and six kills in the victories, which pushed P.V. to 3-0.
